As the managing joint venturer, PGI was awarded a 4,500 sq ft Design-Build tenant improvement project. Project scope includes HAZMAT abatement, demolition and installation of furniture, walls, carpets, ceiling tiles, ductwork, electrical and communication wiring. Work is being performed in a fully occupied building with no interruption/disruptions of the day-to-day operations.

The highly complex project includes a structural load study for the installation of high-density shelving.
