GSA
PGI delivers comprehensive operations, maintenance, and repair services through a performance-based contract for U.S. General Services Administration facilities located in Central California. PGI engineers maintain all of the HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, VTE and architectural systems.
PGI also supports GSA with several projects outside the scope of the
O&M contract, including energy efficiency initiatives and analyses.
Class A Commercial Office Building
PGI provides full facility O&M and repair services for the 300,000 square feet Class A office building located in San Francisco, CA. Staffed by Local 39 staff, the scope of work includes HVAC, electrical, FLS, plumbing, permits, controls, preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs, response to service calls, emergency response, processing and administration of tenant requests.
PGI maintains an accurate, and comprehensive equipment list for the building. In addition to expertly identifying project work that optimizes building HVAC, mechanical, and controls systems, PGI provides ENERGY STAR certification, Subject Matter Expert support on building automation system and mechanical projects.

PGI provides O&M services at three multi-tenant commercial office buildings in San Jose, CA. Properties are occupied by banking and law industry clients needing a very high level of service and attention to detail. PGI staff also respond to comfort calls, service calls, and ensures that building equipment is operating at peak efficiency. The scope includes extensive use of the Angus Anywhere CMMS platform.
Since taking over the O&M services at these properties, PGI reduced the comfort calls at the building by over 90% while reducing energy and outside contractor costs.

USDA Solar O&M
PGI maintains grid-tied photovoltaic systems for the Federal government. The sites are located throughout Southern California. Scope of work includes ongoing monitoring and fault detection, rapid response during outages, annual preventive maintenance and panel washing.
