Pundir Group, Inc (PGI) is a San Francisco based multidisciplinary firm that provides services to the Federal Government and the Private Sector. Founded in 2011, the company was formed with the goal of helping commercial buildings reduce energy consumption through the use of simple, practical and low cost measures. We realized that significant energy could be saved with effective operations and maintenance. As a result, we expanded our service offering to include building Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.

In California, PGI has or is currently performing projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Riverside, Los Angeles, Fresno, and Bakersfield. PGI also has current and past performances in Washington DC, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
