Pharmaceutical Campus

PGI provided continuous commissioning services which included GMP
facilities as well as office buildings (totaling over 1 million sf). Systems and spaces included in the scope: WFI, chillers (total 5,000 tons), steam boilers, over 50 air handling units, primary, secondary and tertiary chilled water loops, multiple terminal units (VAVs, FCUs, etc.).

Continuous Commissioning at GSA

Field Engineering at SFO

As part of the Energy Management Control System Design Build project, PGI conducted field engineering to identify optimal locations for BTU meters on the primary, secondary and tertiary chilled and hot water loops.

The scope included review of as-built drawings, validating field conditions and identifying optimal locations for flowmeter installation. The project involved a high level of coordination and scheduling with the SFO Mechanical Maintenance teams and other stakeholders.

Energy Audits and Commissioning
for high-tech office and lab

PGI was hired to perform Energy Audits for a high-tech campus in San Francisco. The scope increased from four to ten buildings as PGI demonstrated its value. PGI was then retained as an in-house commissioning consultant as the client built its new headquarters.
